1. No Pay-to-Win
Operation Chaos does not sell gameplay advantages. Premium purchases do not provide:
- Increased damage or protection
- Weapons, ammunition or armour
- Increased inventory capacity
- Exclusive gameplay items
- Faster movement, healing or survival advantages
- Priority during combat or gameplay
- Administrative privileges
2. Premium Content
The Premium Battle Pass contains cosmetic content only, including clothing and weapon skins created for Operation Chaos. Cosmetic skins change appearance only and do not modify the original item's statistics, capacity, protection, damage or functionality.
3. Free Rewards
Gameplay items displayed on the Free Track are available to all players through normal Battle Pass progression. They are not sold as part of the Premium Battle Pass.
4. Permanent Cosmetic Entitlements
Unlocked Premium cosmetic entitlements are linked to the player's verified DayZ identity. They remain available after character deaths, server wipes and season changes, provided the player uses the same verified account and the relevant mod remains supported by the server.
5. Account Responsibility
Players must provide the correct DayZ identity requested during activation. Operation Chaos is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete account information. Premium access and cosmetic entitlements may not be transferred, resold or shared between accounts.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments will only be accepted through the official payment link published by the Operation Chaos administration. Payment and refund requests will be handled according to applicable consumer law and the payment provider's policies. Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or falsified purchase evidence may result in removal of Premium access and further administrative action.
7. Server Rules
Purchasing the Premium Battle Pass does not exempt a player from server rules. A suspended or banned player does not gain immunity, priority or special treatment because of a purchase.
8. Monetization Approval
Premium purchases will remain disabled until Operation Chaos receives official authorization under the Bohemia Interactive DayZ Server Monetization rules.
